Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

All orders received by 3pm will be packed and dispatched the same day unless placed after 3pm, subject to stock. Orders received after 3pm will be processed and sent out the next working day. Parcels are sent in the post via specially delivery, so should arrive with within one working two working days. Please be aware that postal orders may be slightly delayed during the Christmas period. A signature will be required on delivery, so please ensure someone is at the address given to sign for the parcel. Due to this, we cannot accept PO Box addresses.

UK DELIVERY

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery™ which guarantees delivery by 1.00 pm the next day, excluding Sundays. This service costs £7.95 including VAT. If you would like a UK delivery by courier, for speed and guarantee, please contact us and we can arrange this.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Worldwide orders can be sent by the Royal Mail International Signed For™ service, for delivery within 5-10 days. This service costs £14.95 including VAT. GTO London cannot accept responsibility for lost items in the post, and would very much advise the courier option to Worldwide shipping.

Worldwide orders can also be sent on a faster service via Courier for delivery within 2-4 days costing £39.95 including VAT. We advise this service is used to guarantee the safety and swift arrival of your item(s).

STOCK

If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately and arrange the best method for you to proceed. You will be provided with an expected date the desired item will be with us, with an option for us to hold your order. If you would not like to wait we can try to offer you an alternative design or colour. Exclusive orders are all made to order, so cannot be shipped to you immediately. A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you to discuss your requirements and will give you a delivery date. The delivery date will depend on the project so we cannot give an estimated time. Please enquire to find out more.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your product in any way, please return to us with proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt. We will then arrange to refund and exchange your order. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on personalised items, and must receive the product unused in its original state and packaging. If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service department through sales@gtolondon.com or +44 (0)118 930 4430.

When returning an item to us, we suggest you send via registered post, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items, neither can we cover the costs of return.

RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS

If your product is delivered to you in an unsuitable condition, please contact us by telephone or email. Our customer service team will assist you. We can refund the item or exchange it.
